We follow the technical standards major databases require — OAI-PMH, DOAJ-compatible feeds, sitemaps, ORCID. Indexing in DOAJ, Scopus, or Web of Science is earned over time, and we will not claim listings we have not yet earned.

Master's and PhD scholars, independent researchers, industry practitioners, and faculty from emerging institutions are welcome. If your work is original, ethical, and well-argued, where you studied does not decide whether you get reviewed fairly.
What we are honest about
NEXARA is a young journal. We do not have an Impact Factor yet — those take years of consistent indexing to earn, and any publisher claiming one in their first cycles is misleading you. Our ISSN application is in progress and clearly labelled as such across the site. We do not guarantee acceptance, do not promise indexing in databases we are not yet listed in, and do not charge hidden fees. If a paper is not a fit, we say so quickly so you can submit elsewhere without losing months.
