1. Open Access Disclaimer

NEXARA — International Journal of Emerging Research & Innovation (E-ISSN: Applied, Pending Assignment | DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.XXXXXX | Indexing: Applied — OpenAIRE, Google Scholar, OAJI) is an open-access academic publishing platform. All published content is made freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Readers may share, copy, redistribute, and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial, provided appropriate credit is given.

NEXARA operates as a platform for the dissemination of scholarly work. The views, opinions, data, and conclusions expressed in published articles are solely those of the respective authors and do not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval by NEXARA, its editorial board, or its affiliates.

2. Author Responsibility & Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) warrant and represent that:

  • The work is original and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All data, results, analyses, and conclusions are accurate and honest to the best of the author's knowledge.
  • Proper attribution has been given to all sources, and the plagiarism index is below the journal's threshold (15%).
  • All co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript.
  • The work does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
  • The author's identity and institutional affiliation are genuine and verifiable.

NEXARA assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, veracity, or authenticity of any submitted or published work. Authors bear full legal and ethical responsibility for the content of their submissions.

3. Identity Verification Policy (Effective April 2026)

⚠️ Mandatory ID Verification — Effective April 2026

To strengthen research integrity and prevent fraudulent submissions, NEXARA has implemented mandatory identity verification for all submissions effective April 1, 2026. All submitting and co-authors must provide:

  • Government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, Aadhaar, driver's license, or equivalent)
  • Institutional email verification (email address from a recognized academic or research institution)
  • ORCID iD (strongly recommended for all authors)

Submitted identification documents are processed securely, encrypted at rest, and used solely for verification purposes. Documents are not published, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the verification period (90 days after publication decision).

4. Anti-Fraud & Research Integrity Policy

NEXARA is committed to maintaining the highest standards of research integrity. The journal reserves the right to:

  • Retract published papers at any time if evidence of fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or ethical violations is identified.
  • Permanently ban authors found to have engaged in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Report confirmed cases of research misconduct to the author's institution, funding agencies, and relevant authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases involving criminal fraud.
  • Utilize AI-based plagiarism detection, authorship verification, and manuscript integrity screening tools.

All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous screening including plagiarism checks (iThenticate/Turnitin), AI-content detection analysis, and editorial review. Papers exceeding the 15% similarity threshold are returned to authors for revision or rejected.
